Past Life Regression and Therapy

A warm, confidential space to explore what may be beneath repeated patterns, fears or feelings that are difficult to explain — gently, curiously and always at your pace.

A warm welcome

Curious about what’s beneath the surface?

I'm a Past Life Regression and Therapy Practitioner. I offer a calm, open and non-judgemental space where you can explore your inner world without pressure to reach a particular answer.

My background includes training in Counselling Skills, CBT, Reiki and Meridian Psychotherapy, alongside Past Life Regression and Therapy training. I bring these perspectives with care and adapt each session to you.

Whether you arrive with a clear question or simply a sense that something keeps repeating, we can take time to understand what feels important to you.

What we might explore

Your reason for coming is yours alone.

People choose to explore many different things. We begin with what matters to you and let the session unfold without forcing an outcome.

01

Patterns that return

Explore recurring situations, relationship themes or familiar reactions, and consider what understanding they may offer.

02

Fears and phobias

Approach a fear with care and curiosity, looking at the feelings and associations connected with it, at a pace that feels manageable.

03

Feelings and connections

Make space for unexplained emotions, a sense of connection, personal strengths or abilities you would like to understand more deeply.

Your session, your pace

You remain aware, involved and in control.

There is no need to know what will happen before you arrive. We talk first, agree what you want to explore, and keep checking in with what feels right for you.

First

We talk

We discuss what has brought you to the session, what you hope to explore, and any questions or worries you may have.

Then

We gently explore

With guided relaxation, you are invited to follow what comes to mind. You can pause, speak, change direction or stop at any point.

Afterwards

We reflect together

We take time to talk through your experience and what felt meaningful. You are never expected to accept an interpretation that does not feel right to you.

A little reassurance

There is no “right” way to experience a session.

A session may feel exciting, emotional, insightful or occasionally confusing — and it can still be informative. People experience guided exploration in different ways: as memories, imagery, metaphor, imagination or something that is hard to put into words. You do not need to decide what an experience means in advance. We explore it thoughtfully, without treating imagery as proven fact or promising a particular outcome.

Sessions are strictly confidential, within the usual limits explained before we begin. They are for personal exploration and wellbeing, and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

Frequently asked

Questions are welcome.

Will I lose control or be asleep?

No. The session uses gentle guided relaxation. You remain aware and can communicate, pause or stop at any time. We will talk through the process before you decide whether to continue.

What if nothing comes to mind?

There is no test to pass and nothing you have to produce. We can take our time, follow what does arise, or decide together that this is not the right approach for you.

Do I have to believe in past lives?

No. You can approach the experience with curiosity and decide for yourself how to understand it. Images and sensations may be explored as personal material, metaphor or imagination; no interpretation is imposed.

Will a session guarantee a change?

No particular result can be promised. Some people find reflection helpful; each person's experience is individual, and we will move at a pace that feels appropriate to you.
